CAROLINE SZE,
THE FOUNDER AND MAKE-UP STYLING DIRECTOR
After acquiring chartered accounting profession and having worked with PwC, Caroline listened to her heart and followed her dream in year 2000 and studied fashion make-up in London.
Worked as Training Manager for international cosmetic brands (Shu Uemura, by Terry and Aveda) in 2002-2005. Celebrity make-up hairstyling (Cara G., Rosemary, Shirley Hiranand, and Ning Jing). Corporate Grooming & Image Styling Training (JP Morgan, Barclays , KMPG, Mayer Brown, Van Cleef & Arpels and HSBC). Bridal makeup hairstyling for more than 20 years, with top wedding planners like Quintessentially.
Caroline started her dream “Seasoning” in 2005 in Hong Kong. Currently based in London, Caroline works with her team to help more people become more beautiful, confident and happier!
THE SEASONING TEAM
The Make-up Stylists from the Seasoning Team are people who were trained under Caroline’s highly selective mentorship program after some of them had studied make-up and hairstyling in London and Hong Kong. They were then invited by Caroline to join the Seasoning Team. They are responsible for the execution of the make-up and hairstyling under our second service line “By Seasoning Team”.
